‘High School Drop-out’ Kim Hyun Joong “Class ’11 Late Starter” /26.05.11/

 

Admitted into University quietly this year.

The fact that singer cum actor Kim HyunJoong was admitted into a University earlier this year was made known late.

Kim HyunJoong was admitted to Performance Planning and Administration Department of ChungWoon University located in ChungNam HongSung, in March this year. He quit high school in order to focus on his career in music when he was in high school. Kim HyunJoong, who neglected his studies in the past, started as a freshman in University late.

Kim HyunJoong, who started school quietly, recently finished his mid-terms, handling both his studies and work concurrently. Kim HyunJoong’s agency said “Even during the preparations for his solo album, he diligently prepared for his exams too. Even though the distance between our studio and the University is rather far but in order to hunt 2 rabbits at one go, he gave up some sleeping time.”

Kim HyunJoong was admitted into ChungWoon University through Professor’s recommendation. Besides his activities as a singer, he received recognition for his experience through various dramas he has acted. The representative added “He himself didn’t want the news that on his school admission to be spread. He wishes to study normally with the other students in school.”

Kim HyunJoong will have a showcase on 7-June in JangChoong Stadium, Jonggu, Seoul, making his first step as a solo singer.
